Special treatment, special service.

Neuromuscular Massage Therapy
Neuromuscular therapy (NMT) is a type of manual therapy that aims to treat soft tissue pain and dysfunction. It involves the application of pressure to trigger points, which are tight knots of muscle fibers that can cause pain and other symptoms in other parts of the body. The therapist uses various techniques, including stretching, deep tissue massage, and joint mobilization to reduce pain, improve range of motion, and restore normal function to the affected area.

Orthopedic Massage
Orthopedic massage focuses on the treatment of musculoskeletal pain and injury. It incorporates various techniques, such as deep tissue massage, joint mobilization, and stretching, to improve range of motion, reduce pain, and promote healing in the affected area. Orthopedic massage is often used to treat conditions such as back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, and knee injuries, among others. The goal of orthopedic massage is to restore normal function to the affected area and help the individual return to their daily activities as soon as possible.

Sports Massage
Sports massage is designed to help athletes and active individuals prevent and treat injuries. Sports massage can help athletes recover from training and competitions, reduce the risk of injury, and improve their physical performance. It is typically performed before and after athletic events and can also be used to treat specific injuries. The goal of sports massage is to help athletes maintain optimal physical condition and reach their full potential in their chosen sport.

Deep Tissue
Deep tissue massage focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is performed with more pressure than a traditional relaxation massage and is used to treat specific muscle and joint problems, such as chronic pain or injury recovery. The therapist uses slow, deep strokes and friction techniques to reach the deeper muscle layers and break up adhesions (tight knots of tissue) that can cause pain and restricted movement. Deep tissue massage can be uncomfortable at times, but the pressure should not be painful. It is typically used in combination with other techniques to achieve the desired therapeutic effect.

Active Isolate Stretching
Active isolated stretching (AIS) is a type of stretching technique that involves the use of gentle, dynamic movements to elongate muscles and improve flexibility. Unlike other forms of stretching that hold a static stretch for a period of time, AIS involves repeating a specific stretch for a short duration (usually 2 seconds) and then releasing it. This allows the muscle to relax and promotes blood flow, which can help to reduce muscle soreness and improve recovery time after exercise. The technique is performed actively, meaning that the individual is using their own muscle contractions to control the stretch, as opposed to being passively stretched by an external force. AIS is often used by athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and individuals with chronic muscle pain to improve their flexibility and reduce the risk of injury.
